Our therapists use gentle internal cheek work, external myofascial release, and targeted lymphatic movements to relax muscles, move stagnant fluid, and reshape tissue. Sessions reduce tension, stimulate circulation, and promote visible smoothing and comfort.

Most clients report gentle to moderate pressure and deep release sensations rather than sharp pain. Internal buccal work can feel unusual but not harmful. Therapists check comfort continuously and tailor pressure; mild soreness may occur for a day or two.

Sessions usually run 60 to 90 minutes, including consultation and skin preparation. Treatment time focuses on internal buccal work, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage. Choose 60 minutes for maintenance or 90 minutes for a comprehensive sculpting session.

Many clients notice immediate reduction in puffiness and softer lines after one session, with progressive contouring over two to six sessions. For lasting change and TMJ relief we recommend a course of four to six weekly treatments, then monthly maintenance.
